Hello and thank you for your registration for the 2021 swim season. As we venture into this season we are preparing some new restrictions and also realize that things will be changing as we go. Right now we are having to have swimmers keep a 3 metre distance with each other, of course this will take some getting used to and planning with coaches. We know the kids are used to maintaining distance already and will adapt quickly. The biggest change for our little swimmers is that there is no coach in the water at this time. This means that all swimmers will have to swim the 25 metres unassisted, there will be a week for new swimmers to give it a try with a full refund if they decide not to continue.

Alberta Summer Swimming Association is our governing body in accordance with Swim Alberta, they have been working around the clock and will continue to update the clubs as things change during the season. For now the competitions are on hold, with hopes that as things improve and restrictions ease, there may be the possibility to have competitions. Of course the swim meets would look drastically different from what we are used to, ASSA will provide the instructions on how we would proceed at that point. As always we encourage parents to continue with their officials courses, we have placed a link on our website under the Resources tab. Our Officials Coordinator will be in contact and can answer questions if there are any.
