Just sending out a quick email regarding the Okotoks swim meet on July 17.  

We are needing swimmers to send in their races requests on Thursday by 7pm.  This will give swimmers time to talk things over with their coaches and determine which races will be best for them to swim.  Please send the swimmers race choices to [email protected] and they will be submitted.  

Swimmer’s age 11 & under may enter any 25m or 50m event and the 100m freestyle. Swimmer’s age 12 & over may enter any 50m, 100m, or 200m events. The club reserves the right to make exception to allow swimmers to swim events at their discretion. 

Attached is the list of events that will be available in the order they will happen and which session of the day they will take place.  If you are unsure which races you can send an email saying coaches choice and the coaches will put the swimmers in the races.  If yo have any questions please send me an email.   We will be holding a mock meet mid week next week so kids can practice and get an idea of what to expect.  More information will follow as to times and which date.
