Hello Parents,

As we anxiously await the arrival of Regionals this weekend please take a quick look at the form link below to see where and when you are volunteering to help make this meet a success.

REGIONALS Volunteer Sign-Up

If there are any changes to your commitment please let me know no later than Wednesday, August 9. Otherwise, no communication indicates it's all good and we expect you to be there with bells on. 

The times of the Officials meetings can be found in the meet package Coach Jenn sent out last week.

A reminder, What to Wear:

• Timekeepers - White tops, black bottoms (light colored plaid, etc won't be accepted, it must be a white top)
• Runners, Announcer, Marshalling - Black top, Black Bottoms
• Stroke and Turn, Ref, Timer - Red top, Black bottoms

Keep in mind that the MNP Centre is hot, humid and has limited air flow so dress to be comfortable in that environment (especially if the outside temps are above 25ºC)
