Hello Otters Parents,

This is a friendly reminder to reply to me with your volunteer commitments for Regionals this coming weekend. Each club gets various roles divied out to us so we can have as equal representation at the meet in all the roles as possible.

We are in need of Stroke and Turn judges as well as timers. If you have the credentials for these positions, have taken the course and done your mentorship sessions then please place priority in filling these spaces.

As for our Hospitality role on Saturday, most all of these slots have been filled but do please be prepared to be on standby just in case someone ends up ill and cannot attend. Please view the link below and email back the session (AM or PM) that you can volunteer (the WHITE BLOCKS).
